To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day,  Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day.

We carry a wonderful selection of Silk Arrangements. Our Fruit and Gourment Baskets are made right here in the shop, we hand pick the fruit. We carry 4 different sizes of Cactus Gardens- and can deliver a single large Cactus next day! Mylar Balloons for just about every occassion are in stock. An assortment of good, quality, Stuffed Animals are always available. Coffee Mugs filled with flowers are one of our best sellers...we have many different styles of mugs...call and see whats available.

We deliver Birthday Cakes (same day if you call early) and Cookie Baskets and specialize in Breakfast Baskets for Small to Large Groups.

 Cancellations after the order has been placed either on line or over the phone, will incur a $10.00 cancellation fee.The Delivery charge will not be refunded if delivery has already been attempted.

To honor our satisfaction guarantee, the recipient may be called to schedule delivery whenever the weather is questionable. Floral substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or gift is delivered in a timely manner. For residential deliveries- if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery-the delivery person may leave the gift with a neighbor for the recipient to retrieve when they return. Please make sure the RECIPIENTS phone # is on the order so we can call and let them know where their gift has been left. If the item comes back to the flower shop, we will need their # to call and schedule Re-delivery. We do leave door tags for the recipients, but they do not always find/or see them, so their phone # is important. For business deliveries-if the business is closed, or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. for same day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
IF SENDER CHOOSES TO HAVE FLOWERS LEFT AT THE DOOR, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE FLOWERS WHEN THE RECIPIENT FINDS THEM. Flowers, Plants and gifts, in this case, will not be replaced because of heat damage.(Keep in mind Balloons expand in the heat, and could pop if left at the door) or damage to to extremely cold weather.  
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries by specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.(with the exception of funeral deliveries)
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the day before- if received early enough- or the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural routes and P.O. Box addresses cannot be guaranteed .
We will be happy to accept your international orders -call our shop directly. 1-800-659-5504- We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. You may choose to pick a second choice of color, or arrangement if ordering late. If you call us, we can let you know what is available.
